Not Your Average Mobile Home Community
Emerson Village is located in Hampstead, NH, a town rich in history and often described as a picture postcard town. It is 45 miles north of Boston, MA, 20 miles from the seacoast and is just around the corner from three beautiful bodies of water, Island Pond, Angle Pond, and Wash Pond (Sunset Lake).
The Village sports an abundance of ammenities, including a modern Recreation Hall with a library, games, tables, a fireplace, a full kitchen, and a dance floor. The Recreation Hall can accommodate large functions that the residents hold throughout the year.Next to the Recreation Hall is the Village Post office and the heated pool. In the pool area is Bocce court and other lawn games, as well as picnic tables and pool chairs to relax in the sun. You can enjoy fishing in our 3-acre pond.
The community consists of 166 units. Each dwelling is an independent, manufactured home with a private driveway and accessible via a paved road (see the site plan).
The owners, Sandy and Neil, live on the east side of the park. Their son and daughter in-law, Glen & Jamie actively manage and maintain the area.
